I had this crazy idea after my daughters birthday about printing my own party hats on scrapbook paper. I wanted to provide you with the template that I made.

All that you have to do is put the scrapbook paper in your printer face up so that the printing goes on the back. Cut it out on the solid lines, tape in some elastic string and you have yourself a pretty party hat that you can customize to match any party theme.
