I can’t remember where I had berry honey butter, but I remember I loved it. So when I was recently asked by The J.M. Smucker Company to create some unique tips for using a new product, I knew exactly what to do. And I knew it would be the easiest thing ever. Seriously all morning I have been eating toast and Berry Honey Butter…I should probably stop. My 3 year old thought it was ice cream and ate a scoop of it, he was a little disappointed that it wasn’t ice cream, but he enjoyed the naturally sweet honey and berries. I grabbed some at my local Wal-Mart. I think I’m going to keep a jar in my pantry and add it to pretty much everything. I think I will use the rest of it to make a berry and honey syrup for morning pancakes. Or add it to the pancake batter…so many options! I like it a lot 🙂
Triple Berry Honey Butter Recipe:
2 sticks of butter (softened)
Half a jar of Triple Berry Fruit & Honey Fruit Spread (find at Wal-Mart)
Mix it all together in a mixer, or just use a whisk.
THAT IS IT!!! SOOOOO easy! Stick it in the fridge and you have a great spread to add to toast or cornbread!
