This pasta dish is yet another in our 350 calorie meal series. Â Most people believe that you have to have a rich creamy sauce with your pasta. Â I can’t say that I don’t love me a good sauce, but that is not always the healthiest choice. Â I came across several options for pastas that use very little or no sauce and are accentuated with feta cheese. Feta has a salty flavor, which most pastas need to bring out flavor. Â Cheese and healthy aren’t always associated, but let’s not forget, our bodies NEED fat. Â Everyone seems so afraid of fat, but our bodies need it to function properly. Â We just need to find healthy fats, and use them in moderation. Â This Whole Wheat Pasta Bowl does just that. Â It is a perfect, balanced combo of, whole grains, lean protein, vegetables, and healthy fat. Â It is so easy to put together, and you’ll be surprised at how the feta brings out the flavor of everything in the bowl. Â Try this recipe for your next meal
