Last week I posted the recipe for the Best Cornbread EVER! At the end I told you it goes great with Marshmallow Creme Honey Butter. I wouldn’t leave you hanging without giving you the recipe for that too. It is like taking honey butter, which is already delicious, and multiplying it by 100 decadent points. It is unbelievably simple to make, and so, so yummy!
Marshmallow Cream Honey Butter
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. honey
1 – 8 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme
1 Tbs. powdered sugar
In a mixer, whip butter until creamy.
Add marshmallow creme.
Slowly drizzle in the honey and continue to beat.
Add powdered sugar and blend.
Store in refrigerator. Will keep for several weeks. Goes great with cornbread or hot scones.
