Sometimes I just want dessert for breakfast. Ok, I said it.
Fortunately, this Peach Cobbler Smoothie recipe has me covered {without TOO much guilt} for when the sweet craving kicks in. I like to think that this is a healthy breakfast, but you tell me.
I am still blending like a mad woman with my new blendtec. You gotta try one out.
Dairy Free Peach Cobbler Smoothie
Ingredients
- 6 oz. Peach Nectar
- 6 oz. Cashew Milk or alternative
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon Cardamon
- Brown Sugar to taste (optional) I don't think it needs it.
- 12 oz. Frozen Peaches
Instructions
- Add ingredients to the blender in the order specified above.
- Blend for 40 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour, pop in a straw and enjoy!
