As you may have seen on our last post, we have collaborated with Tiffany from Feel Great In 8. We just love her. She has kindly offered our readers not one but TWO (heck. YES.) 8 week Feel Great in 8 Challenges. If you are not familiar with what the Feel Great in 8 Challenge is yet, you in for a treat. Basically, you can change your life in just 8 short weeks. You will eat better, feel better, be spiritually uplifted (regardless of your faith) and gain a sense of balance and feel accomplished at the end of each day. All this is tracked through a points system and it is a competition. At the end of the 8 weeks, there is prizes for the winners but the real pay off is in what you gain and experience in those 8 weeks. We can’t stress how AMAZING this program is. Learn all about it at FeelGreatin8.com. Here is the part you have been waiting for… ENTER HERE! We are so excited for you! Good Luck!

So excited for this challenge and love your blog! Thanks for all the great ideas and healthy recipes! I’m definitely a fan!
I would love to participate in this, sounds like just what I need!
Eat the good stuff first and you won’t have room left for junk!
This would be great!
Ha, I didn’t read the instructions. The whole wheat pizza dough recipe looks yummy!
I’ve done this challenge once before and just had a baby so would love to do it again. The point system works to help me get all the nutrients I need. 🙂
The chipotle lime pork tenderloin sounds a-ma-zing!!! I love lime and anything!
The whole wheat pizza crust with Pesto is soooo divine. I’ve done it a couple times.
Love the principles of this challenge! Personal affirmations is where I’m going to start. As it said, real change happens from the inside out.
I love the smoothie recipes! Smoothies are a great way to get a ton of nutrients in one meal.
Peanut Butter & Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip!
First, I just love Tiffany! She is seriously one of the most genuine people I have ever met!
Second, I CANNOT wait to try that detox bath. I pinned it this morning, and it’s happening tonight! 🙂
having done a few rounds of the challenge I can attest to the success of simple common sense. There is nothing hard, or out of your league in regards to the challenge. I love the accountability of charting my progress each day, and love that there are no gimmicks, or special “foods” to buy. My favorite recipe from the website so far has been the healthy chocolates. Delish!
I love the Feel Great in Eight Program! I have experienced success on a program like this before!
